Harley-Davidson Goes Black to the Future

2006 bikes include stark, retro designs in 1950s flat black
With some macho, raw-boned styling cues from post-World War II motorcycling, Harley-Davidson Inc.'s 2006 lineup offers a change from the chrome-laden bikes popular on parade routes.Instead of glossy paint and lots of fancy parts, some of Harley's new bikes sport a black denim finish with lean, edgy lines and few frills.
